Sales leads provided by LM are generated by a network of websites targeted at UK audiences. Search engine generated traffic arrives at these sites from those with an interest in taking advantage of government or utility funding for energy efficiency measures. We do not use 'incentives' to encourage frivolous enquiry in any way on our websites. Our visitors have arrived following a search, because they have a genuine interest in the services you offer, keeping the genuine quality of leads to a maximum.

So, if you are accredited and eligible to carry out grant funded works, such as solar heating installation, the provision of bio-mass fuelled heating systems etc., you may register on this website and if accepted, receive leads targeted to specific postcode areas and service types, for example, Solar Power leads in postcode area CT1. You can choose from as few or as many postcodes or services as you wish.

The online system is sophisticated and dynamic, though we hope, simplicity itself for our Members to operate. Once registered as a Member and logged in for the first time, you will be taken through a few short steps to get started. After that, it should be a simple task to manage your account.

On acceptance and first log in:

1. You will be prompted to select the market sector(s) you operate in, i.e. Wind Turbines/Solar Heating etc with one click for each.
2. You will be asked to select your postcode region(s), i.e. CT.
3. You can then make bids (minimum £1) for leads for your particular services, within specific postcode areas, i.e. Wind Turbines/Solar Heating/Solar Voltaic, in CT1, CT2 etc., to receive matching leads that arrive thereafter.

There may be an existing bidder for your particular choices. If so, you will need to outbid that bidder by a small increment. Alternatively, you can outbid for as much as you choose to ensure you receive all relevant leads, with less danger of being outbid again. The choice is entirely yours.

You may also access the 'Lead Pool' which contains leads that no one has bid for, for various reasons, such as location, service type etc.

You'll be informed:

• by both the website and by email when you have won a bid level
• by email if someone outbids you
• by email when a lead which you are the high bidder for arrives into the system;
• by email when your account level is running low

Start with £10 or £100 or more, with our system, you manage your own budget.

We recommend keeping your commitment to somewhere between a minimum outlay, whilst maintaining enough money in the system to ensure there is no danger of missing leads due to lack of funds.
